What is the difference between Annual Subscription and Perpetual License?
Annual Subscription includes all updates and new versions while the subscription is active. Perpetual License is a one-time purchase that includes one year of updates and lets you keep using the last version received forever.
Will EPIM stop working when my perpetual update period ends?
No. Your perpetual license does not expire. You can continue using the last version received for as long as you want. Only access to newer updates and versions ends.
Can I extend updates for my perpetual license?
Yes. You can extend access to updates and new versions for another 12 months. Extending updates is optional. The new 12-month update period begins on the date you purchase the extension.
How does EPIM Pro Business licensing work?
Each user who connects to a shared EPIM database needs an individual EPIM Pro Business license. EPIM Server is free to download and install, so no separate server license is required.
Does EPIM Cloud come with EPIM Pro?
EPIM Cloud is an optional service sold separately. It provides synchronization across supported devices, automatic backups, and web access to calendars, contacts, and tasks.
Will my data be preserved when I upgrade from EPIM Mail to EPIM Pro?
