I am using EssentialPIM for already two years, because it is the best PIM solution for Windows and Android. 
There is one little thing that is annoying. When I want to import an iCal Calender in German, I have troubles with the special german special characters. I am using EssentialPIM for Windows 5.57. See the attached screenshot.

Seems you forgot to attach a screenshot. Please also check if the iCal file is in UTF-8 encoding. Thanks!
