Synchronisation mit Google Kalender ist unvollständig

Ich habe ein Problem mit der Google Synchronisation der Geburtstage aus den EPIM Kontakten. Ich pflege in EPIM die Geburtstage. In EPIM sind diese Termine vollständig und verläßlich vorhanden. Bei der Synchronisation mit Google nicht. Ich kann nicht erklären woran das liegt und welche Parameter das verursachen. Ich möchte das nun korrigieren. Wie gehe ich vor, ohne meinen EPIM-Kalender zu zerstören. Ich arbeite grundsätzlich 2-Way Synchronisation mit Google. Das Problem hat nichts mit der Version 26.0 zu tun. Das Problem besteht schon seit langer Zeit. Danke für ihre Unterstützung.

Birth dates are taken from contacts, so you'll need to sync your contacts with Google.

Wenn ich die Kontakte synchronisiere dann wären wohl einige Geburtstage doppelt. Muss ich dann die Geburtstage von der Google-Synchronisation in EPIM ausschalten?

Ich habe bis heute keine Kontakte in Google. Viele Geburtstage werden trotzdem in Google Kalender richtig angezeigt. Ich schätze, dass ca. 70 % korrekt sind und 30 % fehlen. Ich will damit erläutern, dass ich bereits Geburtstage in Google sehe, die EPIM synchronisiert hat. Aber eben nicht vollständig und zuverlässig. Wenn nun auch die Kontakte synchronisiere wären wohl die Geburtstage zum Teil doppelt.

Es gibt ja auch in EPIM wie in Google Kalender einen Kalender Geburtstag.

Ok, let's start from the beginning. You currently synchronize only the Calendar with Google, nothing else? And the Birthdays calendar is one of the calendars being synchronized? Birthdays are added to EPIM's Birthdays calendar automatically when you add a birthday to a contact. So just to confirm - you didn't manually add anything into EPIM's Birthdays calendar yourself, right?

In this case, please create a new test contact in EPIM with a test birthday. After that sync with Google and if the test contact's birthday event still isn't shown on Google, please forward us the sync log file and mention the test contact's name. Thanks!

Ein neuer Kontakt wird nach Google Sysnchronisiert. Das ist in Odnung.

Next, please try to do the following:
- open a contact who's burthday isn't being synchrnized
- change his/her burtjday (for example, set it 1 day earlier or later than the actual date)
- save the contact
- start the sync and check if the birthday event on the updated date appears in Google Calendar
