Tab from To: To Subject

I'd like the tab after I fill in the To: to go to the subject: since 95% of the time that's what I want. Perhaps I'm missing it, but now the tab goes from To: to cc then to bcc then to subject, so I have to tab 3 times to get to what I think should be the next field.

I do see that this follows the form. Perhaps those buttons should be moved. I get it when we've enabled the cc or bcc, but not when they are hidden. Or just don't follow every item in the line.

Thanks for implementing this. - Also noticed the latest tweak update added a message size option for card view. Thanks for that as well.
