It is possible but it depends on what you're trying to achieve. Based on your messages, it seems that setting up synchronization with Google Calendar and then working with the calendars under your Google account should meet your needs.

Tasks are stored in a separate calendar named Tasks. Thanks.

a8907433, if you downloaded the installer from the link in the opening post, we can assume you installed EPIM manually. Which version is shown on the first page of the installation wizard?

Good to know, thanks for the update. This actually illustrates why we ask so many questions during troubleshooting. We don't know each user's specific configuration or workflow, so we rely on the information you provide to narrow down the cause of an issue.

This issue has been addressed in the next major update of EPIM, which is currently available as a Release Candidate.

Okay, it looks like we fixed the issue with moving contact groups between local and Google accounts in EPIM 26.5 RC1. Please take a look. As for the calendar and task lists, simple drag-and-drop works as expected on our end. Thanks.

Could it be that additional backups for the same date are created because the previous backup didn't complete successfully, as you mentioned you didn't have time to wait for it to finish?

Would it be possible for us to get a synchronization log file from the moment the duplicates start to appear? That will allow us to see what's causing the issue. Thank you.

We're unable to confirm the issue. Please also check whether it works as expected in 26.5 Beta 3. If it still doesn't, please share a screenshot of your backup settings.

Unfortunately, it's still not clear what exactly happened. EPIM does not move calendars from a Google account to Local Calendars on its own, so we're missing the key step that led to this situation.

Please try adding your Google synchronization again and see if it helps.
